delays and occasionally lost items. Reconstructing the delivery
process to locate a missing bag was difficult and costly. There
were also workflow problems when bags arrived late increasing
labour costs and productivity losses. At risk of interest penalties
they needed a reliable, predictable delivery system.

network for retrofitting current courier vaults with an eBox electronic
locking system. Employee access cards and driver handhelds record
all vault openings.
