Norm Bellefontaine

Prior to joining eBox, Norman was
Vice President and General Manager of Taro Pharmaceuticals Inc.
in Brampton, Ontario and was an officer of Taro Pharmaceutical Industries
Ltd, the parent company (NASDAQ:TARO) as well as a member of the
corporate Executive Committee. Norm has over 20 years financial
experience including assignments as the Canadian CFO for Taro Pharmaceuticals
Inc, The Upjohn Company of Canada and Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals
Group. Norman holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from
McGill University, a B. Comm. from Concordia University, and is
a Chartered Accountant. |

John K. Stevens
Chairman eBox Inc. |
|
Stevens is the founder and major investor in eBox. He has 20 years
of entrepreneurial business experience and has founded four other
technology-based companies all with successful international products.
The most recent Visible Genetics Inc. (VGIN), a Biotech company
specializes in DNA sequencing and genotyping. He served as Chairman
and CEO for five years. During his tenure as CEO, he was responsible
for a highly successful NASDAQ IPO, took the company from zero to
annual revenues of $10.9 mm, with over 200 worldwide employees,
and 500 customer sites. Under his leadership VGI developed its full
product line of DNA sequencers, kits (HIV, HepC, HepB), software,
created manufacturing facilities with all necessary cGMP quality
systems, established world wide sales and support, had over 37 US
patents issued or allowed with another 35 patents pending, obtained
all necessary FDA clearance (IDE and Open Label approval) to proceed
with its current FDA approved HIV genotyping program. Dr. Stevens
holds a PhD. in biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania (1974),
and has held positions at University of Pennsylvania (Associate
Professor), University of Toronto (Tenured Full Professor), and
was director of the Eye Research Inst. of Canada. |

John A. Lamar |
|
Most recently serving as Chairman of an international
logistics provider, LLT International, Mr. Lamar has been involved
in transportation and logistics businesses for almost 30 years.
Previously he served as Chairman of Lend Lease Trucks Inc. and during
this time the company was built into the 4th largest such entity
in the U.S. prior to its sale to Ryder. His earlier experience includes
serving as President of a major world-wide container shipping operation
with concentration in Europe, the Mid East and Latin America; Vice
President Operations of the Hertz Corporation's 35,000 North American
truck and equipment rental fleet; President of Great Southwest Industries,
a publicly traded company that expanded through acquisition of diverse
oil field service companies and Director of Organization Development
for Mobil Chemical Company, part of Mobil Oil. He continues to serve
as Chairman of UW Oilfield Services, a specialty provider of oil
pipeline installation and repair in Latin America. Mr. Lamar is
a graduate of Dartmouth College with an A.B. Degree in Government
and Economics. |

Joseph N. Evangelist |
|
Mr. Evangelist has been a senior executive in
the domestic and international transportation industry for over
30 years. Most recently he served as President of LLT International,
an international logistics provider specializing in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Evangelist earlier served as President, CEO and a principal
shareholder of Lend Lease Trucks, Inc. the 4th largest dedicated
contract carriage and truck leasing company in the U.S. before being
sold to Ryder. He has held numerous other executive positions in
transportation, manufacturing and service industries, including
Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Hertz Corporation's
Truck Division with over 35,000 vehicles and 250 terminal locations.
Mr. Evangelist also served as President of Bastion Industries, a
privately held company engaged in industrial flexible packaging
and various other manufacturing operations and as Executive Vice
President of Great Southwest Industries Inc.; a NASDAQ listed Oil
Field Service Company. Mr. Evangelist is a graduate of Manhattan
College with a BS/BA degree in Economics and Finance. |
